      • Requirements for Participation
        • Each exhibitor must provide the Canyon County Fair with proof of liability insurance.
        • Proof of insurance listing Canyon County and the City of Caldwell, their elected officials, officers, agents and employees as additional insured.
        • If you are a food concessionaire, the approval of a temporary permit from Southwest District Health Department is required before operating. For further information, call Southwest District Health at 208-455-5400. Additionally, the Fair charges a base rate of $350.00 guaranteed, plus 20% of gross sales.
