Requirements for Participation

Each exhibitor must provide the Canyon County Fair with proof of liability insurance.
Proof of insurance listing Canyon County and the City of Caldwell, their elected officials, officers, agents and employees as additional insured.
If you are a food concessionaire, the approval of a temporary permit from Southwest District Health Department is required before operating. For further information, call Southwest District Health at 208-455-5400. Additionally, the Fair charges a base rate of $350.00 guaranteed, plus 20% of gross sales.
